Starting from the 22nd of February, it will be mandatory to provide an email address and phone number for your customer with each order you place, both for manual placed orders and orders that are automatically sent to us.

Most carriers require a phone number or email address for each shipment they process. This practice helps them send notifications about the shipment to your customers and improves the accuracy of their services. Due to this requirement, we now make this data mandatory for placing orders in our systems. Orders without a phone number or email address will not be accepted from the 22nd of February 2024 onwards.
