Our printing system

Our fully printed wallet cases are made using our advanced Roland UV printers. Unlike traditional transfer printing, UV printers place the designs directly onto the case, making it fast and flexible. This digital system lets us print two different models and designs at once. The printer head moves seamlessly over the case, giving high-resolution designs, while UV lamps dry the ink instantly.

We use the Roland LEF-300 and Roland LEF-200 printers, which have been carefully selected to ensure the quality of the printed image is exceptional. The printer is supplied with CMYK and white inks. The white ink acts as a base layer, ensuring every colour stands out, and the designs appear bright and clear. Your images can be printed in any resolution, allowing for the highest level of detail.

Look and feel

Our fully printed wallet cases are made of artificial leather and they are animal-friendly. The cases we use are white and after printing the storage space remains its original grey colour. The black inner case will fit the phone perfectly! To prevent interruptions in your design, we decided to change the closing system. Whereas most wallet cases close using a flap which covers a part of the front of a wallet case, our wallets have a magnetic closure at the side of the case.
