Three ways to deliver.
Offer one level or all three. From quick express delivery to cheaper tracked or basic mail, there's always a fit for your customer.
Basic mail
Our cheapest option, delivered by local post operators such as Deutsche Post, La Poste and USPS. Available within the EU, Norway, the UK, the US and Switzerland. Lands in your customer's mailbox.
Tracked mail
Faster than untracked, with a tracking number your customer can follow. Delivered by local post operators, available to every country in the world.
Express
The fastest option, shipped by courier, mostly Fedex. The best choice when speedy delivery matters.

US warehouse
A local delivery experience in the US.
Basic and tracked mail orders ship in bulk to our US warehouse on an overnight service, while Express orders go by Fedex overnight straight from the Netherlands. Mail gets its first scan within three business days at the USPS distribution center near our warehouse, so your customers get a local USPS delivery and neither you nor they pay import fees.
Packaging
White-label, recyclable packaging.
Orders are packed in coextruded (coex) bags, bubble wrap envelopes or mailboxes, depending on size. We ship white-label: the label carries only your customer's address and the minimum needed for returns and customs. Want a fully branded unboxing instead? That's what custom branding is for.
Combined shipping
Prefer to ship orders yourself?
With combined shipping you receive multiple orders in one box at your own warehouse. Keep placing orders separately and we combine everything placed before 16:00 (Amsterdam time) into a single shipment. Each order is packed in its own polybag, labelled with your order reference as text and barcode, so you can identify and process them one by one.
