Our printing system

Our Tough cases are created using a technique known as sublimation printing. First, your chosen design is printed onto a special film using sublimation inks. Then, the outer layer of the case is removed from the inner layer and placed on a mould. This ensures that the print is evenly distributed, including around the edges.

The film with the printed design is then positioned over the case and is placed in the oven to begin the sublimation process. The inks melt once the case is heated at 140℃. Meanwhile, the vacuum pump provides pressure to ensure that the inks cover the full surface of the case. The film takes on the shape of the case during this process, resulting in a print that wraps evenly around every curve. After the transfer, the case is cooled and removed from the machine. The inner layer is then placed back into the case and the final product is now ready to be sent off.
