Shipping to a DHL Packstation

We support delivery of orders to a DHL Packstation. To ensure a smooth shipping and delivery experience, it is important that the address is correctly formatted.

A correctly formatted address contains the following:

• Streetname: “Packstation”
• House number: the 3-digit locker ID (for example: “107”)
• Additional info: The 6-10 digit post number, also known as the DHL customer number (for example: 123456)

All other address fields (name, company, zipcode, city, country, phone number and e-mail) can be filled out as normal.

If the address is not formatted correctly, it may take longer for the order to be shipped.

At the moment, shipping to a Packstation is only possible with tracked shipping. If you place a non-tracked (basic) order it will be automatically upgraded to tracked shipping.

Express (premium) shipping is currently not supported for Packstations.
