Default store settings
You can set several defaults for your store. This makes order processing easier and helps you offer the same service to your customers consistently. These include contact details, order defaults, and the combined shipment address.
Contact details
You can set:

An email address for incidents. We will use this address if there is an issue with an order for that store.

An email address where you want to receive notifications about claims.
Order defaults
These are the default settings for orders. You can still override these defaults when placing an order manually or by adjusting them manually after the order has been placed (automatically).
- Default minimum shipping level: This is the shipping level we will use by default for all orders placed through the order connection for this store.
- Default brand: This is the default branding used for your orders through this store.
- Default packaging: This is the default packaging we use for your orders. We use our standard packaging, but you can learn here how to supply your own packaging.
Combined shipment address
You can use combined shipments if you first want your orders to be shipped to your location. Learn more here.
You can set a combined shipping address for each store here. This defaults to your company address.
