Can I supply my own upsell products?
Short answer: Yes, this is possible for a small fee. You can add any items to your orders.
You can send us items like a screen protector, charging cable or whatever you like to ship with the orders. We will add these to our warehouse and give you an article number. This article number can be used to place orders for this product. The products are partner-owned in our system, that means you are the only one who can see them in the product list.
New items
The process works as follows:
- Send us the information about your products through the form below.
- We will send you the article numbers for each product you send us and the products appear in your Dashboard or API when added to our system
- Clearly mark the products with the article number upon shipment. It is okay to mark bundles of a product with the article code, as long as it’s clear to us what is what.
- Ship the products to us
- We will add it to the warehouse
- You can order the products using the article number we provided on step 2
Replenishment stock
You can pre-alert replenishment stock by creating an inbound delivery in our Dashboard.
