Can I add a thank you note to my orders?
Short answer: Yes, this is possible for a small fee. You can add any items to your orders.
For items you send us for the first time, you can use the new product form. We’ll assign a unique article number, and the item will be marked as partner-owned. You can find these products under the Warehouse tab, and other Printeers partners cannot see them.
We charge a fee of €0.24 for small items and €0.48 for large or complex items added to each order. A weekly storage fee also applies to stored products. More about prices.
New items
The process works as follows for new products:
- Send us the information about your item through the form below, and we will add it as a product in our system.
- We will send you the article numbers for each product you send us. The products will appear in your Dashboard under the Warehouse tab and in our API.
- Clearly mark the products with the article number before shipping. It’s fine to mark bundles of a product with the same article code, as long as it’s clear to us what’s what.
- Ship the products to us.
- We will add them to the warehouse.
- You can then order the products using the article number provided in step 2.
Replenishment stock
You can pre-alert replenishment stock by creating an inbound delivery in our Dashboard.
