New feature: Brands
Your brand deserves to be front and centre in every part of the customer experience. That’s why we’ve released our new Brands feature, which lets you customise your tracking page and the address details on the envelope. These branding options are available with all integration – for example when using our Shopify app or integrating through our API.
Branded tracking page
You can upload your logo, set primary and secondary brand colours, and add a support URL. Once set up, your customers will see a fully branded tracking page when they follow their tracking link.
Shipped-from and return address
We use your company name at the top of the shipped-from address and, where possible, also in the return address.
Set defaults or manage per order
You can set a default brand for your store or manage branding per order, depending on your needs. This ensures each order uses the correct branding.
Combine this with other branding options
You can send us branded items such as gift cards, or we can print and include gift cards for you. You can also send us your own inner packaging (for example, ziplocks or pouches) or outer packaging (such as bubble wrap or Coex mailers).
