Set up your brand
A brand is how your customers see your business on the tracking page and on the shipping label, instead of seeing Printeers. You set it up once in the Dashboard and reuse it across your stores and orders.
Create a brand
Go to Brands and open Create a brand. The only thing you enter here is the brand name. Save it, and you can then add the rest of the details.
Your brand name matters: it is used as the shipped from name and in the return address on the shipping label, so your packages carry your name rather than ours.
Add your logo and styling
Open the brand you just created to fill in the rest:
- Logo : upload a PNG, JPG, JPEG or WebP image. It appears in the top-left corner of your tracking page.
- Primary and secondary colour : enter a HEX code or use the colour picker. These style your tracking page.
- Support URL : where customers go with questions. It can be a web address, a
tel:number or amailto:address.
Preview and save
Save your changes, then use the preview link to see your branded tracking page exactly as your customer will.
