Return addresses
We work with logistics partners and postal centers worldwide to deliver to your customers as quickly and conveniently as possible. This also means that customers will see different return addresses for different regions. That’s the only way to offer fast and affordable return shipments.
These addresses will include your brand name (as set under Brands in the Dashboard), if this is supported by the regional carrier. Otherwise, no return name will be printed on the shipping label. If no return name is on the label, your brand name if often used in the “shipped from” address. You can find an overview of return address below.

Shipping services and carriers
Can I set my own return address?
Your address cannot be used as the return address, as that would result in high costs and an inefficient process. For example, if an order from the US needs to be returned to you in Germany, the return costs would be high, and customs fees might also apply. That is why we decided to only work with general return addresses.
