Can I have a branded tracking page?
You can set your branded shipping page in the Dashboard under Brands. Style your tracking page using your colors and upload your logo.
First, set your brand name. This is used in the “shipped from” and return addresses, so even the shipping label shows your brand name.
The next step is to set a primary and secondary color. You can enter a HEX color code or use the color picker to choose one.
Insert a support URL to redirect customers to your support desk if they have any questions.
Finally, upload a logo that will appear in the top-left corner of the tracking page.
Save your brand and preview your tracking page!
