Manage and switch between brands

You can run several brands from one account and decide which one is used where. All of this lives under Brands.

View and edit brands

The Brands page lists your brands as cards with their logo and name. Open one to edit its name, logo, colours and support URL. See Set up your brand for what each field does.

A default brand per store

Brands are not set globally; you choose a default brand for each store in that store's settings. When you create an order for a store, its default brand is pre-selected for you and shown with a (store default) label.

Choosing a brand per order

When placing an order you can pick any of your active brands from the Brand dropdown, overriding the store default for that single order. This is handy if one store ships under more than one brand.

Archiving a brand

You cannot delete a brand, but you can archive one you no longer use. A brand can only be archived when it is not set as the default for any store and has no open orders using it. Archived brands are hidden from the list by default; use the show-archived toggle to see them again.
