Send stock to our warehouse with an inbound delivery
When you send your own partner-owned items to our warehouse, let us know what is coming so we can receive it against the right items. You do this by creating an inbound delivery.
This is for existing partner-owned items that already have an article number. If you want to send us something new, start with sending your own items for fulfilment first.
Announce a delivery
Go to Create an inbound delivery. You build the delivery line by line. For each line you choose:
- Item : search for one of your partner-owned items by SKU, name or reference.
- Quantity : how many units of that item you are sending.
- Expected arrival date : when you expect the shipment to reach us (today or later, up to roughly six months ahead).
Use Add line for each different item, then submit to announce the delivery.
What happens next
Your delivery appears in your inbound deliveries list. Each line tracks an Ordered, Received and Cancelled quantity. As we receive your shipment the Received count goes up, and once a line is fully received it drops off the list.
Mark your shipment clearly
Clearly mark the goods with their article number so we can match them to your delivery on arrival. Marking bundles is fine, as long as it is clear what is what.
Checking it arrived
Once received, the stock shows up in Check your warehouse stock, where you can follow your live stock levels.
