Check your warehouse stock

If you keep your own items in our warehouse, you can follow their stock levels at any time from the Warehouse page.

Your stock overview

The Warehouse page lists every stock item you own that may be stored with us. For each item you see its Reference, SKU, Name and current Quantity on hand. These are partner-owned items, so only you can see them.

Use Download warehouse CSV at the top of the page to export all your stock items to a CSV file. The export covers only the items you own and includes reference, SKU, name, quantity, backorder status, low-stock threshold and expected available date.

Drilling into an item

Open an item to see more detail. Here you can:

• Set a low stock threshold so you know when an item is running low.
• See consumption figures and an estimate of how many days of stock you have left.
• View any incoming deliveries still expected for that item, linked to their inbound delivery .

Topping up

When stock runs low, send us more by creating an inbound delivery. Newly received goods are added to your warehouse quantity automatically.
