Choose which notifications you receive
You decide which updates Printeers sends you and how you receive them. Open Notification settings to manage your preferences.
How it works
Notifications are organised by subject in a table, with a column for each channel: Email and Dashboard. For every subject you can turn each channel on or off independently, so you might want account alerts by email but production updates only in the Dashboard.
What you can be notified about
- Account : alerts about your account.
- Claims : updates on claims you have raised.
- Store : notifications relating to your connected stores.
- Warehouse : stock and warehouse updates.
- Production : updates on orders moving through printing and shipment.
Turn a notification on or off
Use the toggle in the relevant cell. When you change a setting it is saved straight away and we confirm with a short message, so there is no separate save button. If you have not chosen yet for a particular subject and channel, you will see Enable and Disable buttons; pick one to set your preference.
Tips
- Switch off the channels you do not read so the ones you keep stay meaningful.
- Account and claims notifications are worth keeping on, as they can need a timely response.
- Notifications are personal to your login, so each user in your team sets their own preferences.
