Delivery specifications for shipments to our warehouse

When you send your own items to Printeers, following these specifications helps us receive your shipment quickly and correctly.

Products

We strive to eliminate packing waste. There is no need to pack each item individually, since we unpack the items for printing. Only package items individually when it is required to prevent damage or protect product quality.

Packs

Pack each product in packs of at least 10 units, and use the same quantity for every pack of the same product. Put a sticker on each pack with:

• SKU
• Barcode of the SKU
• Product name
• Pack quantity

Boxes

We need to be able to see the exact contents of each individual box on the outside of the box. Also write a box number on the outside of each box, together with the total number of boxes in the shipment, for example "Box 2 of 5".

Pre-alert your shipment

All inbound deliveries must be pre-alerted to us. Create an inbound delivery in the Dashboard and make sure that you add:

• Each SKU and quantity
• Tracking URL
• Supplier reference
