Active service notifications
Shipping delays for all shipments to The Netherlands
Orders with all services (basic, tracked, express) to customers in the Netherlands can delay. PostNL is currently dealing with higher than usual volumes and an overnight internet outage, causing delays across their network. Some orders may arrive later than expected. We recommend adjusting your delivery promise to customers temporarily. Parcels can be tracked via track & trace as usual.
Bug in direct debit from GoCardless, charging your account might been delayed
Due to a bug, most Direct Debit payments (via GoCardless) could not be collected for the last 3 weeks. As a result, your account might be debited for 4 weeks' worth of payments this week. You may also receive multiple notifications from GoCardless, one for each outstanding invoice. Apologies if it causes inconvenience.
