Our Printing System
Our back-printed hard cases are created using the cutting-edge Mimaki UV printer. Unlike traditional transfer printing, UV printers apply designs directly onto the case, providing a fast and flexible printing method. This digital system allows us to print 24 different models and designs in a single batch. The printer head moves seamlessly over the case, delivering designs in high resolution, while UV lamps adjacent to the print head instantly dry the ink.
For unmatched quality, we exclusively use a Mimaki UJF-7151 Plus printer, which is recognized as one of the best available today. In addition, we use a unique set of inks that are specifically selected for our back-printed hard cases to ensure the best possible results. This printer is equipped with CMYK and white inks. The white ink serves as a base layer, ensuring that every color pixel is printed over a white pixel, enhancing the vibrancy of colors and delivering lifelike, powerful photo prints.
