Can I supply my own packaging?

Short answer: Yes, this is possible for a small fee. You can add any items to your orders.

For packaging you send us for the first time, you can use the new product form. We’ll assign a unique article number, and the item will be marked as partner-owned. You can find these (your) products under the Warehouse tab.

New packaging items

Only for new packing items the process works as follows:

  1. Using the form below, send us all the necessary details regarding your packaging.
  2. We will add these items to our system and provide you with an article number. They will appear in the Printeers Dashboard or the API.
  3. Ship the packaging to us, clearly marked with the article number. When sending multiple products, please make sure each is bundled and marked with the correct article number.
  4. Upon arrival, we will add the stock to our warehouse.

Replenishment stock

You can pre-alert replenishment stock by creating an inbound delivery in our Dashboard.

Services and fees

A small handling fee applies when using your packaging. This is €0,48 for large or complex items and €0,24 for small packaging. A small storage fee also applies. Learn more about pricing here.

Packaging requirements

Due to EPR regulations, all packaging must have the correct recycling symbols. You can find more information on these regulations and the necessary symbols on the support section of our website.
