We experience longer shipping times for all our services to Australia and New Zealand at the moment. All carriers are coping with limited transport capacities. Do not make false promises to your customer and communicate correct shipping times. Of course we are trying different routes to solve this issue
Express shipping cost raise for Australia and New Zealand
We experience a continuous raise of shipping costs outside the EU due to COVID and increasing fuel costs. Next to that carriers experience limited supply chain availability to Australia and New Zealand. That is why especially the costs for our Express service outside EU (UPS Express Saver) have increased
