The colour of my print is not correct
The colour of my print is not correct
All cases we ship undergo a quality check, which means that most colour issues are filtered out. Still, it’s possible that the colours don’t match your or your customer’s expectations. If this happens, please don’t hesitate to contact us and send a picture of the case so we can assist you. If the colour is indeed off, we will send a free replacement.
We make profiles for our own printers in-house
We have colour specialists in-house who create print profiles for each of our printing methods. This allows us to match colours as closely as possible. If you run into any colour-related issues, please let us know right away so we can improve.
Colour differences between product ranges
There will always be slight differences between our products. For example, back-printed products are made using UV printers, which produce a more matte finish, while fully printed cases are created through sublimation, resulting in a glossier look. Even within the same printing method, results can vary slightly: prints on black cases appear a bit more matte compared to those on transparent cases.
If you’re just starting out, we recommend ordering some samples so you can see how your designs look on different cases and through different printing methods.
