All the cases that we ship have undergone a quality check, which means that any issues regarding colouring will usually be filtered out. Still, it is possible that the colours do not match your or your customer’s expectations. Should this happen, please do not hesitate to contact us and send us a picture of the case so we can help you! If the colour is indeed off, we can send a free replacement.

We have colour specialists in house that make print profiles for each of our printing methods. By doing so we can match colours as close as possible. Should you run into any issues regarding colouring, let us know right away, so we can improve!

There will always be slight differences between our products. For example: a back printed product is printed using UV printers, which gives a more matte result, whereas fully printed cases are printed through sublimation, resulting in a more glossy look. Even within one printing method, results can differ slightly: prints on black cases look a bit more matte when compared to ones on transparent cases. If you are just starting out, we recommend ordering some samples so you can see what your prints will look like on different cases and through different methods.
