Due to a bug, most Direct Debit payments (via GoCardless) could not be collected for the last 3 weeks. As a result, your account might be debited for 4 weeks’ worth of payments this week. You may also receive multiple notifications from GoCardless, one for each outstanding invoice. Apologies if it causes inconvenience.
