We are always looking to improve our production methods. Recently, we have been focusing on our sublimation process, which we use to print our Deluxe and Tough cases.
We are using a new printer to print the sublimation images, which improves in the print quality of our fully printed cases significantly. One of the issues we used to face was dithering – the small dots that were especially visible in prints with light, solid colors and skin tones. With this new printer, we were able to eliminate dithering completely, which results in a case with a smooth and vibrant print.
