Find and download your invoices and statements
Every invoice and statement we issue is available in your Dashboard, so you never have to wait for an email to look one up.
Statements and invoices
Each week's invoices are grouped in a statement. The statement is what you pay in one amount and carries the payment description to use on your transfer; the invoices are the fiscal documents and state the VAT charged. If you hold one VAT ID (or none), a statement contains one invoice. If you hold VAT IDs in several EU countries, you get one invoice per VAT ID that applied that week: goods follow the shipping destination, while warehousing and subscriptions follow where your business is established; see do I have to pay VAT?.
Find a statement
Open Statements. Each statement shows its week, payment description, total, amount due and payment status, followed by the invoices it groups with their invoice number, VAT ID, grand total and credit applied. Statements are issued per week, so the week tells you which shipping period each one covers.
View an invoice specification
Select an invoice to open it. The specification lists each category of charge with its quantity, amount and VAT, and every line states the VAT rate it was taxed at. The categories are products, shipping, return shipping, packaging, warehousing, subscriptions and refunds; a category is left out when nothing was shipped or charged for it that week. When a category was taxed in more than one way in the same week, for example shipments inside the Netherlands next to shipments to other countries, it is listed once per VAT treatment, with the legally required VAT mention under the line. Below the specification come the subtotals of amount and VAT, then the grand total. If prepaid credit was used, you will also see the credit applied and the remaining amount due. An invoice you pay by transfer names the statement it is settled through; the payment information is on that statement. The invoice also shows the VAT ID it was issued under, when there is one.
Download an invoice or statement
Select Download invoice to save an invoice. You receive the PDF together with the CSV files that detail the week and the UBL file, an EN 16931 e-invoice that states the VAT category of every line, so you can drop everything straight into your administration. Download statement saves the statement PDF, which lists the invoices with their grand total and credit applied, the total amount due and the payment description; it is not an invoice and carries no VAT of its own.
Paying
Whether an invoice is collected automatically or paid by transfer depends on your billing account. For the full picture of when invoices are issued and how to settle them, see how can I pay my invoices?.
