Add prepayment credit

A prepaid billing account draws on a balance you fund in advance. When the available balance runs low, new orders can no longer be funded, so it pays to keep it topped up. This only applies to accounts set to prepaid; see setting up a billing account to choose your payment method.

Add credit

Open Billing accounts and open your prepaid account. In the Balance section select Add order credit. Choose one of the preset amounts (€25, €50, €100, €250 or €500) or type your own. The minimum top-up is €25. Selecting the button opens a secure checkout to pay; once payment clears, the credit is added to your balance.

Reading your balance

The balance section breaks down where your money stands:

  • Available : what you can still spend right now, after open charges and orders already in production.
  • Awaiting production : the forecast cost of orders accepted but not yet in production.
  • Projected balance : what is left once everything currently open has been produced.

When credit runs low

If your available balance reaches zero, the account shows a low-balance warning and the same alert appears in the Action Center. Top up to clear it and let waiting orders proceed. Each top-up and deduction is listed in the balance history on the account, so you can always see what changed and why.
