Track your shipments
The Shipments page lists every parcel we send out for your orders, newest first. It is where you check what has shipped, with which carrier and where it is headed.
Find a shipment
The overview shows each shipment's type, store, creation date, shipper, method and receiver. Use the store filter at the top to narrow the list to a single store, and load more at the bottom to reach older shipments. Select any row to open its details.
See the status and tracking code
A shipment's detail page shows the store it belongs to, its reference, when it was created, and the shipper and method used. You will also see the destination address and the contents: each order in the parcel, with its order code and your custom identifier. Select an order to jump to its full details.
When the carrier has handed us a tracking code, a tracking button appears in the header. It gives you the tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page, so you can follow the parcel or pass the link to your customer.
If something looks wrong
If a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, use the report an issue action on the shipment's detail page to let us know, and we will pick it up from there.
