When production is postponed because of a stock shortage

Sometimes we find during production that an item is unexpectedly out of stock. When that happens we postpone production of the affected order and notify you through a Production notification. The order also shows the postponement in its event timeline.

What the notification tells you

When we already have new stock of the item on the way, the notification includes the date we expect production to resume. This date is an estimate based on the expected delivery. Without incoming stock planned, we resume as soon as new stock arrives.

No action needed

Your order stays open and goes back into production automatically once the stock is available. You do not need to reorder or contact us. If you prefer not to wait, you can cancel the order as long as it has not shipped.
