Connect your webshop to Printeers

Connecting a store lets your webshop forward its orders to Printeers automatically, so you do not have to enter them by hand. You set this up once per shop in the Dashboard.

Add a store

Open Stores and select Create store, or go straight to Create store. You will see a card for each way to connect.

Choose your platform

  • Shopify : install our Shopify app and link your shop. If you have already started an installation, a resume button appears so you can pick up where you left off. You can also open the app listing directly from the App Store link.
  • API : connect your own system or a custom integration. Choose this option and you continue to a short form where you pick the billing account, give the store a name and set a contact email address for incidents.

Finish the details

For an API store you fill in:

  • Billing account : the account the store's orders are billed to.
  • Store name : a recognisable name; you will see it throughout the Dashboard.
  • Incident email address : where we reach you if something needs your attention for this store.

After connecting

Once a store is connected it appears in your Stores list with its type and store code. From there orders coming from that shop are received and processed automatically. Select View on a store to open its settings at any time.
