How to cancel an order
If you need to cancel an order, this guide explains how. Two things to note first:
- Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
- We do not cancel orders by phone.
Cancel an order in the Dashboard
Orders placed through the Dashboard, the API, the WooCommerce plugin or Order Desk can be cancelled in the Dashboard as long as they are not yet in production, that is, while the status is still ‘pending’.
Open the order, click the product, and lower its quantity by -1 (or more); confirm with the cancel button. For an order with several products, cancel each product separately. Cancelled orders drop off your open-orders list, but you can still find them by searching the reference number.
We process orders all day, so we cannot guarantee a cancellation once an order is already in production.
