Organise your print images in the Library

The Library holds all your uploaded artwork in one place. Once an image is in the Library you can reach it from anywhere that asks for a print image (placing an order, building a blueprint or creating a render) without uploading it again.

Upload an image

Use the Upload button on the Library page to add artwork from your computer. Uploads from inside the Library are always kept in your Library. When you upload from elsewhere in the Dashboard, tick Add to library in the picker to keep the image here too; otherwise it stays attached only to that order.

Make sure your file is print-ready before uploading. See How to make your artwork ready for print. If you upload a file we already have, we'll reuse the existing image rather than creating a duplicate.

Browse and find images

Your images appear as a grid of thumbnails with their names underneath. Scroll down to load more automatically.

Turn on Show all images to also include images that aren't in your Library, for example, one-off images attached to past orders. Those that are in your Library are marked with a star badge so you can tell them apart at a glance.

Open and manage an image

Click any thumbnail to open its detail view, where you can:

  • See its format, pixel dimensions and upload date.
  • Rename it using the edit icon next to the name, so it's easy to find later.
  • Add to library if it isn't already in it, or Delete to remove it from your Library.

Removing an image from the Library doesn't affect orders that already use it. It just takes it out of your reusable collection.

Reuse across the Dashboard

Anywhere you're asked to choose a print image, pick Choose from library to select one you've already uploaded. This is the quickest way to put the same design on a render or a new order.
