Find products and their details
The Products catalog in your dashboard lists everything you can order or sell, shown as a grid of cards. It is the quickest way to look up a specific item, check what device it fits and see its print specifications.
Find a product
Use the search box at the top to filter the grid by name. The list loads more products as you scroll, so keep scrolling to see the full range. If you need the whole catalog offline, use download CSV in the header to export it.
Ended products are hidden while you browse, but still show up when you search for them.
Select any card to open the product's detail page.
What you will find on a product page
Most product pages open with a gallery of 3D renders showing the product from every available angle; click the large image to view the renders fullscreen. Products without renders show example photos instead.
Besides the gallery, the page gathers everything in clearly labeled blocks:
- General information: the product reference, status, SKU, case type and color, which device brand and models it suits, and its weight.
- Availability: current stock status, the quantity on hand and whether you can backorder it. Shown once a product has launched.
- Pricing: the suggested retail price and your purchase price, where applicable.
For print products you also get a print block with the exact print size in millimeters and in pixels at 300 DPI, the print type, side and finish, plus downloads for the design layers (top, bottom, mask and mockup) so you can prepare artwork that fits perfectly.
Product status
The status tells you where a product is in its lifecycle:
- Announced: listed so you can prepare for it, but it cannot be ordered yet, even when stock has already arrived. The catalog and the product picker in Create order show this status instead of a stock status.
- Prelaunched: available for pre-orders while we finish preparing it for full production. Stock is still being built up, so the catalog and the product picker in Create order show this status instead of a stock status.
- Launched: fully available for ordering and production.
- Sunsetted: being phased out and may have limited availability.
- Ended: no longer available for new orders.
If a product can be ordered, you can set a quantity and add it straight to your cart from this page.
Catalog versus your own products
The catalog shows our base products and their specs. To turn one into something you sell under your own design, you create a blueprint. See Create a blueprint to publish products.
