You decide which updates Printeers sends you and how you receive them. Open [Notification settings](https://dashboard.printeers.com/settings/notifications) to manage your preferences.

## How it works

Notifications are organized by subject in a table, with a column for each channel: **Email** and **Dashboard**. For every subject you can turn each channel on or off independently, so you might want account alerts by email but production updates only in the Dashboard.

## What you can be notified about

- **Billing account**: payments, invoices and other billing matters that affect your account.
- **Claims**: updates about claims you have submitted.
- **Store**: problems with your connected stores and their orders.
- **Warehouse**: changes to your stock in our warehouse.
- **Production**: updates about your orders in production.
- **Shipping**: updates about outgoing shipments and returns.

## Turn a notification on or off

Use the toggle in the relevant cell. When you change a setting it is saved right away and we confirm with a short message, so there is no separate save button. If you have not chosen yet for a particular subject and channel, you will see **Enable** and **Disable** buttons; pick one to set your preference.

## Tips

- Switch off the channels you do not read so the ones you keep stay meaningful.
- Billing account and claims notifications are worth keeping on, as they can need a timely response.
- Notifications are personal to your login, so each user in your team sets their own preferences.
