After a store is connected you can review and adjust its configuration whenever you need to. Open [Stores](https://dashboard.printeers.com/settings/stores) and select **View** on the store you want to manage.

## Contact details

Each store has an **incident email address**. This is where we reach you if an order needs your attention, so keep it current. Update the address and select **Save** to apply the change.

## Shipment address

The combined shipment address is used as the return address on the parcels we send for this store. Select **Edit** to open the address form, make your changes and save. We confirm once the new address is stored.

## Order defaults

You can set defaults that apply to this store's orders:

- **Minimal shipping level**: the lowest shipping level orders from this store should use.
- **Preferred brand**: the brand applied to orders by default.
- **Preferred packaging**: the packaging used by default.

Select **Save** after changing any of these.

## API stores

If the store uses our API, you will also see a **callback URL** field, where we can send order status updates, and the store code. Manage the keys this store authenticates with on the [API credentials](https://dashboard.printeers.com/settings/api-credentials) page.

You can also set a **fallback phone number** and **fallback email address**. These fill in when an order is missing those details. Leave a field empty if you always want the order to include it. Select **Save** to apply. For more detail, see [Set fallback contact details for a store](https://printeers.com/support/ordering/fallback-contact-details.md).

## WooCommerce stores

A WooCommerce store's settings also have a **Disconnect WooCommerce store** section. This is the permanent way to disconnect: syncing of products, stock and orders between Printeers and your shop stops, the store's product connections are removed, and the store can be archived afterwards. Products already published to your shop are not removed. Reconnecting the same shop later creates a new store in the Dashboard.

Selecting **Disconnect** in the Printeers plugin in WordPress works differently: it only pauses the store. Nothing is removed, the settings page shows a warning, and reconnecting from the plugin resumes syncing exactly where it left off, including orders placed in the meantime. See [Connect your webshop to Printeers](https://printeers.com/support/ordering/connect-your-store.md) for the steps. To fully remove such a paused store, disconnect it here and then archive it.

If a connected store stops syncing on its own, the settings page shows a warning explaining what is wrong. The same article explains how to resolve it — when the store rejected our API access, reconnecting from the plugin repairs the connection without losing anything.

## Renaming and archiving

A store's name is set when you create it. If you no longer use a store, scroll to the archive section, select **Archive** and type the store's name to confirm. Archived stores stop receiving orders but stay in your list so you keep the history; tick **Show archived** to see them again.
